Windows Local to Domain User

1. login to computer and add to domain
2. reboot
3. login as domain admin
4. launch utility (personal edition)
   • might be installed
5. select local user account to associate with domain user account
6. reboot afterwards
7. login as domain user from merge
8. should just work
