Create UPN Suffix

In Active Directory Users and Computers, make sure View->Advanced Features is enabled.
Right click on the OU for the client and go to properties.
Go to the tab Attribute Editor
Find uPNSuffixes, add their domain name to the list, and apply.
You can now use it in their user profile
